N.Y. Rouge was founded by a team of like-minded foodies; a couple who have always liked to eat, drink, and create amazing food together. Our hobby subtly led us to creating our first business during the pandemic, a place where people from all over Killeen and surrounding cities can enjoy our special dishes and the creativity we bring to the menu.
